Job Details:
- Track and influence vendor progress for quick-turn parts during engineering prototype development.
- Ensure completion of non-disclosure agreements ("NDA") documents with suppliers involved in projects.
- Work with the Waymo purchasing team to finalize purchase orders ("PO") for payments.
- Track and provide support for escalating operational problems.
- Ensure high-quality SOWs are written.
- Always ensure an appropriate level of legal review and compliance.
- Ensure all contractual matters for the hardware team are moving through the process quickly and efficiently.
- Meet with compliance to make sure we have a good scorecard and take action to address areas where we are deficient.
