Key Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive Measurement package to visually measure the health of the North American Inventory within our ASC network


• Ensure the implementation of PPG procurement strategies and policies to increase effectiveness


• Complete contracts agreed upon by Global/Regional Category Managers/Directors, ensuring understanding of both supplier and PPG's obligations


• Serve as a crucial interface between Aerospace SBU local organizations and the Global Supply Management department, addressing supply issues and identifying cost-saving opportunities


• Communicate proactively with SBU management and Supply Chain partners regarding supply challenges and potential savings opportunities


• Utilize effective strategic sourcing practices to negotiate purchases of third-party materials, striving to achieve a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of administrative support in a related field required


• Six (6) months of Aerospace experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or logistics preferred


• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or inventory management preferred


• High school diploma equivalent (GED) required


• Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)


• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary Range: $66,560 to $68,009 Depending on experience
