My client are a reputable Chicagoland based General Contractor who are looking to bring an ambitious Assistant Project Manager on to their team. Projects sectors mainly include ground-up commercial, and light industrial work. Your new role
As Assistant Project Manager some of your responsibilities will include; project planning, scheduling and coordination, safety and quality control management, accurate forecasting and management of budgets, change order management, managing critical subcontractors, managing Project Engineers and resolving problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration


What you'll need to succeed
To apply you will need 4+ years of construction experience with a four year Bachelor's degree preferably in a construction related discipline. You will have a natural ability to establish relationships and lead people, as well as an ambition to progress professionally.
