Position Overview: We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Vineyard Post Acute, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of patients' physical abilities.


• Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by the supervising physical therapist.


• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility, and range of motion.


• Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatment.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients.


• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.


• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
