Job Description:

DUTIES: Responsible for Divisional contract/grant administration, including working with partner's representatives and staff project leader to insure proper/timely financial and reporting accountability. Create and negotiate contracts and amendments with vendors and Partner Organizations. Oversee and coordinate permanent time sheets/payroll for the Division. Assist with office support and/or project assignments. Complete reports and inquiries using the state accounting System, Enterprise One. Enter pre-requisitions for procurement within the state accounting system. Perform related duties as required.



Requirements / Qualifications:




Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience related to research, presentation, or publication in an area related to the programs or functions of the employing agency; business administration; accounting; customer service; and/ or technical support work, including use of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A basic understanding of natural resources management techniques and Game and Parks Commission goals and objectives is preferred. Working knowledge of Windows operating system, word processing, database and spreadsheet applications. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, possesses good interpersonal skills, and considers courses of action to meet agency goals and objectives. Knowledge of JD Edwards or other like system preferred.
