Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Transition and Transformation Project Manager in Princeton, NJ.

REQUIREMENTS:

• PM experience - 5-8 years


• PMP would be nice, but not an absolute requirement


• Must have transition and transformation (T&T) experience on large programs that include integrations across the major program initiatives


• Must have Tech Infrastructure knowledge/experience


• MS Project/Smartsheet


• SharePoint


• MS Office tools, including being proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Communications:

• Proficient in English


• Proficient in communicating and following up

Overall Comments:

• Needs to drive to plans


• Needs to properly status and understand RAID and change management


• Need to escalate early


• Needs to be outgoing and self-managed with little supervision


• Some understanding of project financials would be great, but not a show-stopper

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
