Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fully Remote Data Governance Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Data Governance Lead will be responsible for the data governance and data quality functions
Owns the policies, procedures, and technology for defining, maintaining, and adopting key metrics and critical data that leaders can trust to make clinical and business decisions
Work with individuals at all levels of the organization in defining a library of key metrics and a data catalog and will consult multiple data teams throughout the organization to support adoption of enterprise data governance and data quality tools and procedures
Lead data governance meetings, set standards for data quality, and measure enterprise assets against those standards
As a Data Governance Lead, you will work closely with other members of the data team to manage our data governance and data quality applications
REQUIREMENTS:
Certification in Informatica (Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Catalog) required within 12 months of hire
Epic Cogito Project Manager Certification required within 12 months of hire
Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Visual SourceSafe, etc.) required
Preferred:
Epic Clinical, Access, or Revenue Data Model Certification
Tableau Desktop Specialist or Data Analyst Certification
Experience driving projects to completion with minimal supervision
Exceptional communication skills, especially communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
Excellent problem-solving skills, e.g. ability to identify data quality issues, chart a critical path to recognition
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
