RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Property Accountant in Brooklyn, New York (NY). This position is available immediately.

Summary:
In this role, the Property Accountant will work closely with the Property Controller, overseeing all accounting/reporting activities for several Class A buildings. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree


• 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience


• Property Accountant needs solid communication skills


• Attention to detail


• Ability to work in beautiful Brooklyn, NY


• Yardi software experience is a big plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
