We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to contribute to our dynamic Supply Chain team. As our Supply Chain intern, you will have an opportunity to contribute to real projects that have direct impact on our Supply Chain operations working directly with suppliers and cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.

NOTE: This is not a remote position and will require 20-40 hours per week commitment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and collaborate on Sourcing, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics, Supplier Quality, and/or SIOP projects.

· Develop knowledge of Air Squared's products and manufacturing operations to provide a foundation for Supply Chain projects.

· Projects may vary based on candidate's background and interests, but as examples, may include supplier risk assessment and mitigation, market research and analysis, new product sourcing and agreement negotiations, manage RFx events, and supplier quality improvement.

· As a member of the team, the Supply Chain intern will be expected to participate in functional meetings and to provide updates and reports, including interactions with senior leadership.

· Learn business and supply chain fundamentals to make data-driven decisions and produce results.

· Participate in Supply Chain audits of local suppliers, as possible.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or Engineering

· Ability to travel to local suppliers.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power BI a plus)

· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a variety of internal stakeholders.

· Prior work experience or internship experience a plus

· Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify.

Pay Range: $19 - $22 / hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
