The Pricing Analyst helps our company and customers maximize the positive impact on human lives. You will be vital in helping match our customers with their product needs by developing pricing strategies and completing bid submissions in a timely manner. There will also be a wide variety tasks you will be relied upon to complete to help the company to be the best partner in EMS, these tasks can range from simple administratived duties to large strategic decisions. Responsibilities

Summary:

In this role, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EMS providers' contracts and pricing. Their primary responsibilities will be matching customer's product needs, developing pricing strategy, and finalizing bid submissions to meet the required deadlines. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.

What you do each day matters and impacts patients’ lives. In this highly visible role, you will interact cross functionally with stakeholders from all departments and levels of leadership to develop our go to market strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure bids are submitted timely and contractual requirements are fulfilled.
  • Review terms and conditions and act to mitigate any unfavorable requirements.
  • Complete item selection process to match bid specifications.
  • Utilize competitive intelligence and price items within applicable department guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and all levels of Leadership on proposal strategy.
  • Finalize bid proposal documents and deliver through the applicable method.
  • Evaluate market intelligence to maximize win rate and profitability.
  • Analyze pricing/profitability data and make recommendations for business decisions.
  • Process bid renewals in order to maintain profitability in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in pricing, bids, analytics, or deal management preferred.
  • Capacity to manipulate large data sets within Excel using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Aptitude for innovation and process improvement.
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally within an organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
