We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Logistics Planning Analyst in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:
This Logistics Planning Analyst position provides day-to-day technical and administrative support for supply chain management activities. Provides coaching to the team as well as interacts with multi-functional resources, including business division supply chain planning, site global purchasing, operations, receiving, Global Transportation, Demand and Orders, Material Requirements Planning and Logistics.

- This position is located in Morton, IL and does not offer relocation.
- Up to 10% domestic travel
- Our team embraces flexibility through a hybrid work model. In addition to working onsite at one of our PSLD facilities, our hybrid work model allows employees flexibility to work from home based on business need
- Assisting in communicating with procurement, material planning, inventory, distribution to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
- Providing technical support and assistance on supply chain management.
- Inputting data into supply chain application system; maintaining the system on a regular basis.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on supply chain operation.
- This position provides coaching to the team as well as interacts with multi-functional resources, including business division supply chain planning, site global purchasing, operations, receiving, Global Transportation, Demand and Orders, Material Requirements Planning and Logistics.
- Knowledge of Material Replenishment Collaboration (MRC) systems
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Inventory Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage organization's materials, commodities, merchandises, or products.
- Logistics Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods, materials and supplies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business administration or related field
