Senior Accountant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

A growing, global company looking for a Senior Accountant to report directly to the Controller. As a Senior Accountant you will be involved in full-cycle accounting as well as exposure to financial analysis.



Key Responsibilities:



* Conduct closing processes and prepare monthly closing journal entries.
* Prepare financial reports and analytics for Global Programs.
* Collaborate with various department/program leads to ensure accounting and financial reporting procedures are completed accurately.
* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or similar) preferred.


• 3+ years of general accounting experience with an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
