About the Job:


  • Transcribe and ensure accuracy of information from various sources, maintaining proper grammar, spelling, and formatting.

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents including correspondence, legal motions, and pleadings.

  • Coordinate appointments, depositions, and travel arrangements for assigned attorneys, ensuring timely confirmation.

  • Manage financial documents such as expense reimbursements, invoices, and AP/AR information.

  • Provide professional phone support, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain filing systems.

  • Assist with desk procedures, maintain updated documentation, and provide overflow support as needed, demonstrating reliable attendance.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role are required for this role.



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software programs with training.

  • Expertise in calendaring and strong ability to follow directions.

  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working well under pressure with attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, effective communication, and teamwork.

  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and delegation, with a strong understanding of organizational procedures and safety protocols.

About the Position:

  • $22/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience

  • Temporary through early May

  • Hours: 8:45am-4:45pm

  • Office in Washington, DC.
