Senior Financial Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

A manufacturing company, focusing on developing sustainable and innovative solutions for residential and commercial construction. The Senior Financial Analyst will be integral in providing insight to support and influence business decisions.



Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and analyze month-end close reports.
* Innovate and refine new analytic tools to evaluate plant performance and costs.
* Coordinate the organization of the SAP process and complete the transactions.
* Assist in the development of the budget and rolling forecasts.
* Maintain communication with management to ensure they remained informed on findings.
* Provide backup support for financial systems.



Requirements:



* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or another relative field.
* Knowledge of SAP systems.
* Demonstrated experience in Cost Accounting or analysis.
