• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


• Minimum of two years of continuous work experience; or six months continuous manufacturing experience. All work experience must be post high school.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.


• Good visual skills.

This off-shift Jr. Development Technician will be located in our Research and Development Center and will have primary responsibility for breakout, finishing, assembly and visual inspection of prototype patterns. Compiles specific documents and records. Provides feedback regarding work instructions as appropriate. Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
