Summary:



We are seeking a meticulous and experienced RN Auditor to join our team. The ARN Auditor will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of supply chain management, implant charges, billing audits, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address ECRI alerts to ensure timely resolution of supply
chain issues.
• Oversee implant charges, documentation, and maintain accurate logs.
• Verify charges and send daily emails to Supply Chain Team to reorder
supplies.
• Manage tissue implant inventory and oversee freezer tissue storage. Also
perform monthly inventory for frozen and freeze-dried allografts and audit
logs for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to pick cases and prepare case carts.
• Conduct morning checks of second cases of the day for missing trays and
case completeness.
• Assist with billing audits to ensure proper charges and compliance with
regulatory standards.
• Assist with updating preference cards to reflect current procedures and
preferences.
• Provide reports on billing compliance and financial resilience.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
• 5 years of Periopearative nursing, relevant experience in supply chain
management, billing audits, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.



Responsibilities:



Evaluates learning needs of the patient and, or family and provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires.Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including disposition, referral, and spiritual and, or psychosocial support needs.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communications skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: One (1) year of nursing experience required. Other Information: ** Department specific credentials - See below- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate Required for those RN's administering chemotherapy. APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card required within 12 months of hire for those RN's administering chemotherapy for oncologic indication within the pediatric setting. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op and Specialty Procedural areas. PALS required for Pediatric areas with the exception of NICU.- if RN is coming from a non-pediatric background, they have 30 days from date of hire to obtain PALS. NRP certification required for NICU - if RN is coming from a non NICU background, they have 30 days from date of hire to obtain NRP. Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RN's must be completed prior to completion of job orientation.RN Fellowship specialties require one (1) year RN work experience with the exception of the Refresh to Acute Care track.Newly licensed RNs have six (6) months to obtain ACLS and, or PALS.Note: For added clarification, see Mandatory Education Requirements Grid.
