About the Role

Join our growing Partner Engagement team as a hands-on Communications and Enablement Program Manager! We're on the lookout for someone who's ready to drive the success of our partner ecosystem through effective communication strategies and enablement. About You

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 3+ years crafting and delivering effective partner communication and enablement driving engagement, building brand awareness and improving satisfaction.


  • 3+ years using MS-Office, Content (CMS), Digital Management (DAM) and Email Marketing platforms such as Pardot, SF Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of developing and executing meticulous communication and enablement activities that drive engagement and alignment with company objectives.


  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficient in program management with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.


  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.


  • Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms (PRM), and Project Management tools like SF Experience Cloud, Asana, Trello is advantageous.


  • Growth mindset and Intellectual curiosity with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.


  • Enterprise SaaS or cloud industry preferred.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.



Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $109,400 USD - $164,200 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $90,300 USD - $164,200 USD
