Senior Customer Service/ Sales Support $50K-$55K at Roth Staffing Companies in Shakopee, Minnesota

Job Description:

Join this manufacturing company working in their customer service/sales support department!


Job Duties/Description:


* Create and send invoices, ensuring pricing is accurate


* Quote and process customer orders


* Coordinate shipping of parcels, freight and international shipments


* Collaborate with Sales Team, Suppliers and Dealers to ensure orders are completed correctly


* Manage communication with customers via email and phone regarding shipping inquiries and order status questions


* Order parts for customer orders and follow up with vendors


* Coordinate domestic and international shipping/freight, create BOLs and any international paperwork needed


* Maintain relationships with freight, parcel, and FTL companies assuring competitive pricing


* Coordinate hotels, flights and rental cars for Service Technicians


* Maintain Master Customer List


* Manage customer surveys


Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales support or customer service experience - REQUIRED


• SAP, Salesforce, or any CRM system experience required.


• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to regional and industry terms.


• Proficient time management and prioritization skills.


• Able to receive feedback from management and also work well as a team.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $50K-$55K depending on experience level


• Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday


• Location: In office 100% in Shakopee, MN for training - open to discuss options after training
