Shift | Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Some weekends and evenings will be required for special programs and during peak growing season. |
Job Summary | This position is located in Jackson, KY at the UK Robinson Center for Appalachian Resource Sustainability and is responsible for mowing, trimming, removal of fallen trees/branches, leaves,etc., building repair, minor electric, plumbing, carpentry and masonry. This position will operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment including tractors, atvs, mowers, chainsaws, logging equipment, dozers, loaders, graders, etc. Additionally, this position will assist in the establishment, maintenance, harvest and data collection of research performed at Robinson Center. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Driver’s License preferred, and Pesticide License preferred. |
