We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team to lead the Business Development team! The Leader of Business Development is responsible for generation and growth of business through revenue generation and management. The individual leads product managers, marketers, and revenue processors to efficiently manage all aspects of the revenue lifecycle from customer acquisition to invoice and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the revenue lifecycle, including customer acquisition, invoicing, and distribution processes.
Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and revenue processors to optimize business performance and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the business development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to streamline processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain competitive and innovative in the marketplace.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required. Master’s degree is preferred.
