Our Information Management department is looking to add to our team! The Reporting and Information Services Administrator is accountable for the internal and external reporting of operations activity, costs and results excluding corporate financial statements. The function ensures Clients and internal users are able to efficiently and reliably provide information in multiple formats as required to meet the current and future needs of the organization. The role administrates requests from all business units and assists with the development of company-wide policies and procedures that support reporting objectives.

We prefer candidates in the Dallas area where we offer a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates outside of Dallas will be considered for telecommuting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with all business units and end-user groups to develop efficient and reliable reporting processes
  • Assists management with the development of analytical reporting structures and insight to data.
  • Assists with implementation of integrated reporting across multiple databases. Provides solutions for inbound and outbound data feed requirements.
  • Provides all users with guidance on reporting processes, requirements and feeds
  • Incorporates developments in the area of reporting and data feeds where and when appropriate
  • Other duties and special projects as required and assigned by management

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • The knowledge and skills typically acquired from 5 or more years of reporting experience including design and development.
  • The ability to organize and effectively manage multiple reporting projects.
  • Technical skills play a large role in this position including Microsoft SQL experience.
    • 5+ years of experience generating custom reports using SQL views and stored procedures with Visual Studio
    • Experience with SSRS, SSIS and Power BI
    • Knowledge of relational database design and structure
  • Awareness of U.S. global data security requirements, policies and techniques.
  • Ability to take business requirements and develop technical requirements for report development.
  • The desire to work within the framework of cooperative, multi-disciplinary teams that include technical and non-technical members.
  • Experience with the Equus Software platform is a plus
  • Relocation or global mobility experience is a plus
