Research and compile competitive analysis and provide recommendations as to how the sales, marketing, and other teams utilize this data to grow the company
Monitor Sales performance; develop and adjust strategies and pricing to exceed budgets and mitigate revenue shortfalls
Build, generate, and analyze reports utilizing Excel, Power BI, etc.
Examine monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for growth or improvement
Maintain organized sales records, assist in setting Sales goals, report month-end results, and provide presentations to the senior management team
Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings
Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
Market
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Coordinate with the marketing team on how to run successful campaigns, or work with the supply chain team to optimize production or inventory
Support in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer/market data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership; emerging markets
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in sales or a marketing role
Sales forecasting, statistical or predictive modeling, and proficiency in statistical software
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in customer support is a plus
Market knowledge
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
The annual base pay range for this position is $67,480 - $106,040. If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
