Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

• Obtain PCB and package design material properties, dimensions and design rules from package and PCB vendors
• Build PCB and Package 3D model and extract S-parameter model using EM simulation tools like HFSS.
• Simulate circuit performance with extracted supply and signal integrity model and propose ways to improve PCB and package design.
• Measure package and PCB S-parameter models using network analyzer.
• Design, simulation and layout supervision of wirelines communication circuit components, including PLL, LO distribution, phase interpolator (PI), digitally-controlled delay line (DCDL), duty-cycle correction (DCD), quadrature error correction (QEC), T-coil, continuous-time linear equalizer (CTLE), decision-feedback equalizer (DFE), slicers, bang-bang phase detector, receiver DEMUX, LDOs, LVDS/CML/SSTL transmitter drivers and Tx-mux.

What You Bring

• Bachelors with 15+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 13+ years or PhD with 10+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years working experience on digital design.
• Design experience of analog and RF circuit.
• Experience in high-speed I/O circuits is a big plus.
• Teamwork, dedication, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Base Pay Range$177,100—$282,900 USD
