Office Coordinator at Veterans United Home Loans in Columbia, Missouri

Job Description:

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing office communications and supporting essential operations within the Veterans United Home Loans offices. You will undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks and ensure that operations run smoothly.


Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:


  • Monitor inventory and place orders. Stock, clean, and organize your assigned office.


  • Proactively respond to the needs of employees and each building by reporting facility issues through the internal ticketing system. Communicate needs to Custodians, Security, and Facilities personnel and keep the appropriate stakeholders informed of updates and resolutions.


  • Coordinate catering and administrative services for meetings.


  • Assist other departments as needed, including managing projects on behalf of the teams or departments you serve.


  • Schedule appointments, mail correspondence, and collaborate with couriers on deliveries.


  • Provide support for employee transitions, including new hire arrivals, relocations, and desk turnovers.


  • Coordinate as needed with vendors for repairs of nonstructural office administration equipment (Coca-Cola, Culligan, International Blends, Kaldi's, and Keurig machines) and serve as a point of contact for all third parties.


  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

  • Valid driver's license and responsible driving history
