Meet the team:



As a Systems Engineer at Dexcom, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and collaborative Systems Engineering team. You will work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology to make a positive impact on patients and individuals. You will be working in a fast-pace cross-functional environment demonstrating rigor and sense of urgency.



Where you come in:

• You bring strong collaboration skills working closely with software developers, hardware engineers and quality assurance professionals, to contribute to the overall success of project deliverables.


• You assist in the creation, documentation, and maintenance of Product Needs and Requirements, ensuring traceability between requirements and design elements.


• You will identify, report and troubleshoot issues, working collaboratively with the team to implement effective solutions.


• You will demonstrate proactive communication representing Systems Engineering team if it is required to make any adjustments.


• Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the development and test of our devices.


• You play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our systems, with a focus on System integration testing for both software and hardware sub-systems and maintaining traceability of requirements throughout the product development cycle.

• You have demonstrated willingness to solve any problem thrown your way for the good of product delivery and interface with other teams as needed.


• Preferred if you possess a strong foundation in Systems Engineering principles with an interest to learn and focus on both hardware and software design elements.


• Preferred if you have Systems Engineering prior training, INCOSE certifications etc. in New Product Development.
