We are looking for someone to operationalize our Global Retail Concept designs and strategies, ensuring our Geography teams have the buildout details and support needed to launch these brand-right spaces in their respective markets. This includes working with our team & cross-functional partners to gather inputs and requirements, build a strategic approach for how these designs can come to life (within financial guardrails), and drive the Concept from design to launch.
Skills/Experience Required
Project and Time Management
Construction Knowledge/Background (Retail-specific preferred)
Fixture/Furniture Development & Design Experience
Budget management (Retail-specific preferred)
Cross Functional Communication
Spatial planning of fixtures in retail spaces for maximum productivity and ease of consumer journey
Proficiency in Sketchup and Smartsheet a MUST
Deliverables
Evaluation of Concepts designs for efficiencies and opportunities within our Brand standards and Financial Guardrails
Support of pilot projects, including:
New Concept development (consult and inform through the design process)
New Concept launch
Remodels and Floor Plan Reviews
Spatial Design integration of fixtures in rendered spaces
Operational guide for executing new Concepts, inclusive of:
