Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sacramento, CA for a Project Manager with experience in Doors, Hardware, and Millwork supply for Multi Family projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of projects, coordinating with suppliers and builders, and ensuring successful completion of projects. They will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
Industry work experience
Experience in a project management / assistant role, specifically managing Doors, Hardware, and Millwork supply.
Experience with reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications, conducting site measurements, managing project budgets and schedules, and resolving project issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
