ELS is hiring for the position of Reporting Analyst in Orlando, Florida.
What You'll Do
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for helping drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics, designing and delivering reporting, and maintaining and managing data retrieval and archival. This position will support Membership and Reservation Services and Rates; collect, clean, archive, analyze, and evaluate the operations customer and transactional data collected from multiple sources to create management reports, customer service initiatives, incentives, and to help leadership team facilitate and streamline business decisions. The Reporting Analyst will modify existing processes, queries, and syntax to support reporting post database migration as well as create processes, queries, and syntax to support evolving business reporting and analytical needs.
Responsibilities

Create processes, queries, and syntax to support evolving business reporting and analytical needs.
Create analysis using tools such as Visual Basic, SQL, Excel, and other data management software.
Compile data from multiple sources to create management reports essential for the operation's leadership.
Work closely with IT and vendors on any technical issues.
Maintain various systems and data to ensure data availability and integrity.
Create detailed data dictionaries to hand off reports for backup coverage as needed.
Perform Ad hoc data analysis as needed.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience creating reporting and insights from data using database queries and report development.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person with co-workers and managers.
Strong background in report writing and automation utilizing tools such as VBA, Excel, and SQL.
Data Visualization. Must have the ability to present findings via graphics or other illustrations.
