RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on the technical & functional integration of Oracle HCM with other systems and software
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that connect Oracle HCM with various enterprise systems and software
Develop custom interfaces, data conversions, and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between Oracle HCM and other applications
Configure and optimize integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to enable efficient and reliable communication between systems
Conduct a thorough analysis of data mappings, transformation rules, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to implement and test integration solutions in alignment with project timelines and objectives
Provide technical leadership.
Expertise and guidance in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues, ensuring uninterrupted operation of Oracle HCM and integrated systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Oracle HCM integrations and recommend best practices to enhance system capabilities and performance
Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference
Train end-users and technical staff on integration processes, monitoring tools, and support mechanisms to enable self-service and reduce dependency on external resources
Participate in change management processes and governance activities to maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards
This opportunity is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. You can live anywhere and work 100% remotely. Excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of Oracle HCM experience with a strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems
Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules and functionalities, with a focus on data structures, APIs, and security models
Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Familiarity with integration standards and protocols such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose practical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality integration solutions that meet business requirements and objectives
