The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Responsibilities
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
Over 3years' of experience in the Senior living sector
Extensive experience in Non profit Accounting
Proven experience as a CFO, ideally within Senior Living or NFP sector.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting processes, and financial analysis.
Exceptional leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
