Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
  • Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Manage relationships with banks

Qualifications
  • Over 3years' of experience in the Senior living sector
  • Extensive experience in Non profit Accounting
  • Proven experience as a CFO, ideally within Senior Living or NFP sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting processes, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.
  • CPA or MBA preferred but not required
