We were founded by well-known investors at Fairmount Funds, in the same model as Apogee Therapeutics and Spyre Therapeutics which together have raised $700M+ over the past two years and have made successful public debuts. We have a lead program that we expect will be in the clinic in 2025 and could offer transformative efficacy for a disease that affects millions of people. Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting members of our Executive Team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and company growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of managing complex schedules, and is excited about the opportunity to organize offsite meetings and company events. The role requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, arrange travel itineraries, process expense reports, and facilitate critical document control for members of the executive team with precision and attention to detail.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Take the lead in organizing impactful offsite meetings and company-wide events that foster team bonding and culture building. This includes venue selection, logistics coordination, and agenda setting to ensure events run smoothly and meet organizational objectives.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Manage communication with professionalism and tact, ensuring timely and effective transmission of information.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects, providing research support, preparing presentations, and tracking progress against goals.
  • Culture Champion: Actively contribute to creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive work environment. Initiate and implement ideas for cultural initiatives, team building activities, and ways to enhance employee morale.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role, preferably in a biotech startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and act with autonomy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
