Job Description:

This role will report directly to Atlantic's Managing Director assisting with new business growth, marketing, and sales operations. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to assist the Managing Director in the day-to-day support needs of the brokerage and marketing teams.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to learn the operations of the commercial real estate industry. Candidates should have strong familiarity with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Suite. Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

Pipeline Tracking
  • Be the first contact support person for the brokerage teams as it relates to Atlantic's proprietary deal management software ("DTS")
  • Responsible for training of the brokerage teams on DTS
  • Responsible for DTS data quality management
  • Assist in the compilation of data for monthly reports from DTS for further analysis by Managing Director

Hiring & Recruiting
  • Work with Managing Director and local leadership to identify needs and ensure proper staffing
  • Management of all active job posts and the hiring process
  • Research and identify potential recruiting targets
  • Once hired, ensure that public facing tasks are completed and the staff member is properly trained

ICSC
  • Serve as the company's primary point of contact for all ICSC related tasks
  • Booth reservations and shipping coordination
  • Hotel blocks and room reservations
  • Assist in event coordination with local teams

Network coordination
  • Primary point of contact for any reporting due to ChainLinks and Realty Resources
  • Assist Atlantic leadership with needs supporting the networks
  • Miscellaneous Projects
  • Data gathering for communication efforts
  • Compilation and internal dissemination of company real estate data
  • Be the Managing Director's primary support for current and future projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience in a client-facing role in a professional service provider environment (real estate preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience in use of a CRM, active and experienced on LinkedIn
