As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in managing our procurement processes and supply chain operations to ensure the timely sourcing, acquisition, and delivery of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and partners to optimize costs, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors who align with Pacifica Beauty's commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and product quality. Continuously assess market trends, industry innovations, and supplier capabilities to optimize sourcing strategies and enhance our product offerings.
Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers, fostering open communication, trust, and collaboration. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve favorable agreements while ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing standards and regulatory requirements.
Cost Optimization: Analyze cost drivers, conduct price benchmarking, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve margins and profitability without compromising product quality or integrity. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated experience in supplier management, negotiation, and contract administration.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools/software.
