ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assertive leadership and precise decision making
Deliver solid customer care and drive the Service Team to do the same
Manage, mentor, and motivate a 25+ person team
Manage and grow existing field services group
Lead the team in recognizing and embracing effective project execution
Grow profitability and market share through operations improvement & development
Lead and participate in the full life cycle of projects, including but not limited to in-person client meetings, relationship building
Ensure Service Team members are on track and understand current company goals and initiatives
Maintain accurate customer/job information in company systems/software
Proactively assess customer and industry trends to identify opportunities to innovate and introduce next level solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in related field leadership
Strong, assertive leadership and data driven decision making
Experience in mechanical industry preferred
Valid Driver's License required
High energy level and strong business ethics required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
