Job Description
Manage online platforms such as Amazon Vendor/Seller, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
Order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring
High literacy in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, etc.
Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
Monitor inventory integrity across all ecommerce platforms
Ensure returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist customers when needed
Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
Experience with online retailers using EDI Program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in the home appliance industry is a plus
