Responsibilities: Responsible for generating comprehensive estimates based on project requirements, blueprints, and specifications, involving quantity take-offs for manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes, manages bid documents, and establishes construction schedules.
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years of estimating experience in an Industrial setting.
Electrical and instrumentation construction experience.
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, processes, and standards, and their influence on project operations.
Nice to Have Skills:
Advanced knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
Ability to conceptualize estimates without complete information.
