Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient QuickBooks
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, cash management, and internal controls a plus!
Strong knowledge of contract/vendor management compliance
Experience working with Payroll services
Experience regarding employee benefits, such as retirement plans, health insurance, and other benefits.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the management of the payroll accounting department, relationship management with external financial partners, and collaboration with and advisory to the CEO and COO.
Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Supervise and train 3 accounting and payroll professionals.
A/P and A/R functions
Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
Plans, coordinates, and prepares for year-end audits, reports, and filings.
Assist with benefits administration, local and federal compliances
Complete vendor credentials, and compliance registries
Organize and manage payroll process with Payroll service
