Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP S/4 HANA Service Consultant
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
Location for this position is Milwaukee, WI. This position may require travel or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 11 years of experience in SAP modules
Ability to analyze business processes and map them to SAP standard processes in S/4HANA
Ability to define approach for blueprint workshops
Experienced with Activate methodology.
Ability to conduct workshops and demo the processes and define gaps
Proficient SAP Service and SAP SD knowledge and thorough with SAP S4Hana - Service Customizations, Master Data, Pricing, Service to Close Process including master data (Service masters, Materials, Customers, pricing), Inquiry, quotations, order management, Credit management, delivery processing, picking and packing, Billing, reporting, special scenarios like remanufacturing and refurbishment, intercompany transfers, SAP Reports etc. SAP ALE/EDI (IDOC expertise, Web services, output determination and interfaces.
Exposed to B2B and B2C business processes.
Communicating with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP-MM & SAP-FICO for better understanding of business scenarios.
Exposure to handling day-today support issues, queue monitoring and assignment of tickets etc.
Experience in leading business blueprint workshops and providing solutions.
Should have experience in preparing functional specifications, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.
Should have experience with all kinds of testing in SAP life cycle, Support experience is desirable.
Should have worked on Multiple Systems in SAP Landscape
