Our financial client is implementing a comprehensive asset management system aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing user experience. We are seeking a Testing Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of this wall-to-wall asset management system.
This is a contract consulting role with a duration of 10-12 months with possible extensions. Candidates must be able to work on W2 or C2C - Sorry, no sponsorship is available for this role.
As a Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for meticulously testing specific areas and processes of the new asset management software to guarantee exceptional user workflow and experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in testing concepts and financial/trading domain knowledge to implement QA processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your experience in large, complex, and agile environments to effectively test the new asset management system.
Conduct functional-specific testing, focusing on user experience and technical awareness throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with other analysts across different verticals to ensure seamless integration and testing of the asset management solution.
Demonstrate your ability to multitask and stay organized in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Navigate through ambiguous situations, building and owning a roadmap to success based on the overall project plan.
Perform thorough testing of asset management solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in testing roles, preferably within the financial or trading domain (Fixed Income, Private Credit, Derivatives).
Proficiency in implementing QA processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Strong technical awareness and knowledge of the SDLC, with a focus on user experience testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
