Clean Water Co is seeking motivated individuals to expand our team. This role is primarily focused on canvassing and door-to-door sales, engaging directly with potential customers to educated them about their water and recommend water filtration solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation predominantly through door knocking, supplemented by cold calling, referrals, home shows, and trade shows. A background in sales, especially within a door-to-door context, is highly preferred. A genuine passion for promoting clean water access is essential.

OBJECTIVES
Drive sales by engaging with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, effectively maximizing in-person sales opportunities.
Elevate Clean Water Co's brand awareness and act as an industry expert through professional representation.
Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring satisfaction at all interaction points.
Achieve and surpass individual and team sales objectives.
Engage in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and develop leadership capabilities.
Adhere to daily KPIs and strive to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate new sales opportunities by following up on leads and making outbound calls.
Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to the company's revenue, culture, and brand image.
Attend meetings and complete all required training.
COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
A minimum of one to three years in sales, with a strong emphasis on canvassing/door-to-door sales.
Must be willing to travel to client consultations and in-home appointments using a personal vehicle.
Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and ethical conduct.
Demonstrates perseverance, striving for personal excellence.
A deep commitment to promoting clean water access.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or High School diploma is preferred.
Proven experience in a sales role, particularly in canvassing or door-to-door sales.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfort with both standing and sitting for prolonged times.
