Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with MLE NCEES record who can become licensed in additional states
Prior background in the construction and/or architecture field
10 or more years directly relevant mechanical systems design and construction experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Trane Trace
