The Leader of Talent Acquisition drives organizational solutions focused on attracting best in class associates and increasing organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage to accelerate growth. Acts as a trusted liaison and advisor to the Company's leadership team and facilitates initiatives across Parker's. Identifies, develops, and successfully implements effective talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture, and engagement strategies. Provides formal leadership as well as hands-on program management with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborates to assess functional and leadership skill gaps and develops plans to address identified opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Leads and manages the hiring process for all corporate
Collaborate with HR and Senior Leaders to identify skills required for current and future success
Create and manage strategic relationships for talent acquisition including technological and social networking relationships as well as a relationship recruiting strategy
Assess all recruiting processes, technology and related initiatives on an on-going basis to ensure competitive advantage and positive candidate experience
Manage and direct recruiting team to achieve corporate staffing goals
Conduct organization needs assessments to identify opportunities and make recommendations that support efficiency, business agility, and growth
Actively manage, mentor and coach talent and team members with a leading vision by inspiring and encouraging continued growth and development, guiding others to stretch beyond self- imposed limitations with new perspectives
Drive continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Complete dashboard and report on weekly KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of proven experience leading a recruitment team
5+ years of progressive experience recruiting at the corporate level or equivalent
SHRM or HRCI Certification (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of Retail and/or Convenience store (C-Store) operations experience
Familiarity with UKG a plus

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
