Role: Senior Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial, Mixed-Use, Multi-family, Hospitality & Higher Education Construction Experience.
Salary: $140,000-$180,000 Gross Basic Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance (Flexibility on salary depending on experience and resume).
Location: Atlanta, Georgia. (Also an opportunity for a travelling role).

This firm is searching for an experienced Senior Superintendents, with strong experience leading field management duties on multiple projects simultaneously across commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality & higher education construction markets. Your field experience will play a pivotal role in shaping the continual growth and organizational success of one of the companies most successful divisions.
Responsibilities:
Support and report directly to the Director of Field Management.
Lead and manage all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and Georgia building codes.
Oversee, manage and work with different subcontractors across the full construction process.
Provide on-site leadership, supervision, and coordination for all construction activities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of targets and overall project delivery.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Enforce and promote a culture of safety on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during construction, finding practical and efficient solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years Superintendent experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field of study.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management software.
