Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications within the Pega platform.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose Pega-based solutions to streamline operations.
Design and implement Pega-based applications, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions, providing guidance on best practices and standards.
Configure Pega applications, including case management, decisioning, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions to elicit and document business needs and use cases.
Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
Participate in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure Pega solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
Stay up to date with Pega platform updates, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance Pega-based solutions.
You are:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is required.
Over 10+ years of proven experience as a Business System Architect working with Pega platform, including Pega 7 or Pega 8.
Strong understanding of business process management, case management, and decisioning within the Pega platform.
Proficiency in Pega application development, configuration, and customization using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
Experience with Pega integration and interfacing with external systems using Pega Connectors, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, or other Pega products is a plus.
