North American Mechanical, Inc. (NAMI) is seeking a BIM/CAD Coordinator to be part of a collaborative effort to draft detailed construction drawings used in the planning and construction of HVAC & Plumbing projects.
Job Duties:
Generating duct and pipe CAD drawings.
Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
Building coordination and prefab documents.
Qualifications:
Working or educational experience utilizing REVIT.
An understanding of Shop Drawings/Submittals.
Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical blueprints.
Self-motivated to be able to work on your own and work well within a team.
Aptitude for learning and desire to succeed.
Strong attention to detail.
High level of organization and management skills.
Knowledge of the HVAC and/or Plumbing industry is a plus.
