Key Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to optimize equipment design for efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Utilize advanced software to create detailed 2D and 3D models and engineering drawings, and oversee prototype development and testing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact.
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to maximize equipment uptime and productivity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of equipment into production lines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering
Proficiency in Nastran, Solidworks, Autodesk inventor
Strong understanding of capital machinery or industrial food equipment is a plus!
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to innovate and optimize complex systems.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
