Owner/Operator Doug Barnett is seeking to add a General Manager to one of his 3 locations! In this role, individual will have the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to 100+ team members, and think strategically for the business. This leader will be intentionally developed and long-term will have the opportunity to serve within or pursue a Career with Chick-fil-A Corporate!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
1) Bachelor's Degree preferred
2) Restaurant Experience preferred
3) Leadership experience required; Able to galvanize and lead team leaders and team members.
4) Ability to provide Operational Excellence
5) Demonstrates humility and servant leadership mentality; willing to get their hands dirty
