About the Position: The Financial Analyst ("Analyst") will support the Acquisitions, Entitlement and Development teams in underwriting acquisition opportunities and existing development projects. The role will require analyzing historical cost data, in-depth market research, and utilizing and developing sophisticated financial models. The role and responsibilities of the Analyst will vary depending on the economic environment and the company's strategic priorities.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Underwrite new and existing investments, including debt financing and joint venture structuring
Develop and maintain financial models
Perform in-depth market research
Support the Development team with managing budgets and forecasting
Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and presentations
Work in collaboration with various departments (Accounting, Banking, Construction and Operations)
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related discipline required
2+ years of experience as an analyst at a multi-family development company
Expert financial modeler and user of Excel
Excellent analytical abilities and quantitative skills
Effective communication and business writing skills
Collaborative team player
Creative problem solver and strategic thinker
Strong drive for excellence and highly motivated
Well organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task

Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 annually, exclusive of fringe benefits.
Location: The position is required to be onsite full time at the Picerne Group's Corporate Office located at 5000 Birch St, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
