Job Description:

Role Summary

We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal installations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic project management, and leadership skills to oversee projects from planning through to successful execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects specializing in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans are realistic, efficient, and adhere to all relevant codes and standards.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work plans, identifying resources and materials required for successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to mitigate risks and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety and respect for the environment on all job sites.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record managing HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, with at least 7 years of experience in project management within these specialties.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, pipefitting techniques, and sheet metal fabrication and installation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and coordinating diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
