One of Wripple's clients, a global airlines company, is looking for a Project Manager to help ensure delivery of high quality creative projects on time and on budget. In this role, you will work directly with internal teams as well as external agency partners to help execute all manner of creative projects, including email, paid media, social media, print, out of home, and more.
Specific tasks include intaking creative briefs, assigning resources, negotiating sensitive timelines, acting as the primary (but not sole) point of contact for internal stakeholders, and supporting the internal creative team's needs. This person will report to the Manager, Creative Project Management, and work collaboratively with the entire in-house Studio+ across creative, production, and some agency partners.
This is a 40 hours/week 6 month contract position. This resource must be located in the ATLANTA Metro area and open to hybrid onsite (2-3 days/week).
Responsibilities: • Intaking Creative Request Forms (CRFs) within project management tool, Workfront • Assisting in making project assignments amongst creative team • Resource allocation • Maintaining task lists, due dates and project statuses within Workfront for approximately 40-50 projects at once • Tracking down previous project numbers for update/resize requests • Keeping Agency Operations leaders and peers informed on team bandwidth issues • Communicating with vendors to aid in sourcing, spec delivery, and more • Acting as the main point of contact for a dedicated set of clients, including but not limited to: leading client and creative team status calls, building relationships, maintaining and communicating timelines, and escalating issues/risk
Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of proven project management and/or account management experience in an agency or in-house setting • Must have experience and knowledge using project management tools, preferably Workfront • Be willing to work in a hybrid on-site and work from home setting • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment • Self-starter, hungry to learn processes quickly and optimize as needed • Adaptable and flexible to try things and do what is needed to help the team • Understanding of generally how long creative requests like copywriting, graphic design, photo editing, retouching, etc. take • Knowledge in sponsorships, experiential design, or vendor management a plus
Preferred Qualifications: • Expert knowledge of Workfront • Experience in PMing projects with many different types of creative: photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting, motion graphics, etc.
